Since Hasbro Malaysia decided to stop bringing in new wave for Animated Toyline, it's kind of hard to get the new wave from outside Malaysia. Starting with Arcee and then Rodimus Minor. Getting Arcee that time is seriously too difficult because of the price hiked so damn fast especially seller in US plus the shipping cost is pain in the a$$.I bought Ironhide from a seller in US which cost me around RM100 with shipping together with 4 more deluxe and a t-shirt. That way, i can save lot more with combined shipping because 3 of the deluxe class came with lot more cheaper price than Animated Ironhide.Too bad the box arrived crushed with Ironhide & Rodimus Minor boxes got dented real hard especially Ironhide, nearly tore the box apart. Felt so bad about it but cant blame the seller though because the way the box got crushed, i know who's fault it is. Whether United States Postal Service or POS Malaysia.Forget about that, let gets to the review of Transformers Animated Ironhide Hasbro version. As far as i know, Ironhide is the repaint version of Ratchet Cybertron mode with different head mould. Same old box of Transformers Animated for the deluxe class.
Notice the dented box at the lower part of the box? Crushed quite hard.
More repaints of the same mould of Bumblebee, Swindle and Blurr.
Side views of the box.
Out from the box.
To my suprise, when i opened the manual, it showed Ratchet image with Ironhide name on it. What a big error done by Hasbro this time. Come on guys, focus please!
First view of Animated Ironhide Cybertron mode i guess.

Close up on the chest.

Few pose with the iron punch.Overall, Animated Ironhide is a excellent mould especially on the shoulders part. You can twist and turn to slot in and out when transforming him into bot mode or car mode. The feet parts also nice. You can hide the whole feet so easily. And of course, animated toylines always came with smaller lower parts of the body especially the legs. They got bigger upper body but smaller parts for legs. Ironhide looks bulky to me when you view it from the side but still a good mould for a deluxe class. I guess he deserve 8 out of 10 because of the color, articulation and transformation.Quite easy to transform him, just need patience and a cup of coffee.
New addition to the family, presenting, Transformers Animated Rodimus Minor Hasbro ver. Trully a rare capture since Hasbro Malaysia stopped all the new Animated toyline. I grabbed this oppurtunity when Robot Kingdom, as usual, sending their weekly newsletter and i saw it accidentally. When i checked through their website furthermore, i, without hesitation, ordered 2 since the price quite cheap than Animated Ironhide. I ordered it on August 31st and received it 1 week later. I dont mind paying more for the rare items and since Hasbro Malaysia stopped bringing in Animated toyline, i have no doubt about it. Why wait?
Why bought 2? Easy, save on shipping. At first, i'm thinking of getting 4, but since it will cost me more and Raya is around the corner, 2 is more than enough.
As usual, you can see here, Hasbro still maintaining the box design except for the steel wire. Make way for the new paper wire! As far as i know, Hasbro started using this paper wire for the Hunt for the Decepticons toyline. I first noticed it when i bought Transformers HftD Seaspray.
Ok, let's get back to Rodimus Minor.
As you noticed here, the color for Hasbro's Rodimus Minor is not as striking as TakaraTomy's Rodimus Minor. I will put both brother side by side when i got the chance to grab TakaraTomy's Rodimus Minor. Some of my friend from Transformers LowYat Forum, prefer Hasbro's color than TakaraTomy's.Let's review on the alternate mode first.
Car without the bow and below, with the bow. With or withour the bow, it's still awesome.
Side view, both with and without the bow.
Rear view with and without the bow, again.

Robot Mode:
He really resemble his version in G1 cartoon. Big upper body but smaller lower parts. The shoulder looks bulky but the legs look small and cute. LOL.
Another pose from the left.
Side view. Looks tough with the big shoulder right?
Rear view. Like the boots very much. Trully show the warrior character in him.
Close look on the lower parts. Some poses with the bow.

Close up on the chest and Autobot insignia. Thinking of may be TakaraTomy will come out with Animated Wildrider?

Side view with the bow.
Bow on the back.

With Animated Arcee TakaraTomy ver.
Bring it!
Overall, i would rate Rodimus Minor 8.5 out of 10. I like the mold very much since the paint applied not as good as TakaraTomy, with paint chip and smudges somemore, i cant give him more than 9. For example, check the Autobot insignia at Rodimus Minor chest, you'll know what i meant.Color wise, i prefer Hasbro color because they really follow Rodimus Minor in the cartoon. TakaraTomy in other way, still maintaining their bling bling in Transformers.Eventhough i got it at a high price, still, worth buying it. Buy First No Regret At All!
